Family Yoga at Birth Club
Excited to partner with The Birth Club to offer Family Yoga classes for ages 2-4 year olds
Family Yoga gives children age 2 to 4 and their parent(s) or care-giver(s) the opportunity to breathe, move, and relax together in kid-friendly ways by using music, games, stories, or books along with activities that promote connection and community.
Brief moments of stillness are encouraged throughout class in kid-relatable ways but unlike the still and quiet moments that are guaranteed to happen in your adult yoga class -- be prepared to find less of them here and instead find your playful side to fully participate with the little one whose class you are joining.
This 4-class series is designed to help you and your little one connect weekly.
Ages: 2-4 years
Dates: Sunday, January 4 - February 2

No Class: January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Time: 10:30 - 11:15 am

Cost: $79 for 4 classes for one adult and one child. An additional child may join for $40 for the series.

Monthly Kids Yoga (Ages 3-6)
Ages: 3-6 years old (children under 3 years old may attend with a sibling, if potty trained)
Cost: $20* per student per class
*Family Discount: If registering more than one child in your family, each additional child is $10.
Maximum number of students: 8
Student to Teacher Ratio: 8:1 or lower depending on class enrollment. We value small class size and having an additional teacher in class to support the needs of students.
Mats: Yoga mats are provided

Cancellation Policy: While we'd love to have your child(ren) in class, we understand circumstances come up which may result in the need to cancel. We value open and timely communication. If possible, please provide 24 hours notice when cancelling a class or contact us as soon as possible so we know not to expect your child(ren) in class by emailing info@littlemountainyoga.com.
Cancellation Fee: Because we commit a lot of time, energy, and love planning details to make this class possible, an administrative fee of 25% will be deducted from your total registration fee. We do our best to ensure that classes are not cancelled on our end. However, if due to weather, illness, emergency circumstances, or any other circumstances which prevent a class from taking place, we will fully refund your purchase. We will do our best to communicate cancellations as soon as possible via email notification in efforts to respect your time commitment so you can adjust your schedule accordingly
