Share Yoga With Your Students
Let’s work together…
Yoga classes are an opportunity to provide students with movement and mindfulness either in the classroom, after-school as an enrichment or specials activity.
Here’s just a few of the benefits:
By practicing mindfulness, kids have access to tools that help with emotional regulation which leads to more calm, peace, and focus.
Yoga and mindfulness teaches kids social-emotional learning skills to create a more supportive and inclusive classroom community where every child feels valued.
Little Mountain Yoga classes support a growth-mindset which can help increase confidence and resilience.
