What You Can Expect

Kids and Family yoga looks different than what you expect an adult yoga class to look like. It’s playful with moments of quiet and stillness.

Each child’s participation may look different — some children observe and join when they are ready, others may choose to rest on their mat at any point in time throughout class, some kids may wander, other kids may look like they aren’t engaged or focused at times.

Kids are taking it all in even if their actions or behavior may look otherwise.
