why kids yoga?

What’s a class like?

  • Focuses on breathing, movement, and relaxation taught in a playful way to keep kids engaged and having fun!

  • Thoughtfully planned with songs, music, props, games, or books. Classes follow a theme (example: courage)

  • Classes are personalized to student needs and kids are given choices throughout class

Who are classes for?

Toddlers-teens and family’s of toddlers-4 year olds. Classes are taught in school, public, or private settings such as:

  • Community spaces or groups

  • Daycare Centers

  • Home School or Play Groups
