What’s a class like?
Focuses on breathing, movement, and relaxation taught in a playful way to keep kids engaged and having fun!
Thoughtfully planned with songs, music, props, games, or books. Classes follow a theme (example: courage)
Classes are personalized to student needs and kids are given choices throughout class
