Join Sylvia in this deliciously relaxing and rejuvenating yoga series combining Restorative and gentle Hatha yoga. When the mind is constantly bombarded by stimuli, it becomes overloaded and exhausted. True relaxation is experienced by the body and mind when little or no energy is consumed. It is Natures way of recharging. This is the perfect class for all you busy, hard-working beings!
