Yoga for You
Fine tune your personal yoga practice with a one hour one-on-one assessment. You will be guided through a few key postures to assess your range of motion, strength and flexibility. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and to work with modifications and props to assist you in finding more ease in your body while sinking deeper into your yoga practice. This one hour session is also beneficial for beginners and especially useful for anyone experiencing pain or discomfort.
